Registration Information   

Conference fees cover all conference proceedings registration materials, one night's accommodation and breakfast at St Johns College , one drinks reception,  two lunches,  one dinner and coffee/ tea breaks.

Accommodation is in student rooms,  most of which do not have ensuite facilities. If you would prefer to stay elsewhere, you will need to make your own arrangements.  We have secured an allocation of rooms at 4 hotels near the College, in a various price categories, where you can book your own accomodation if wished.  See the Hotel Information page for further details .

A day rate, excluding dinner and accommodation, is available for delegates wishing to attend for one day only. There are 12 double rooms available at St Johns  at a supplement of £25.  These will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Extra dinners and additional nights of accommodation with breakfast at St Johns  can also be added to your booking.

Notes:

1. Members of IAEE only i.e. those who are not members of BIEE at all.
2. A printed receipt will be included in the conference  pack
3. Fees are payable in advance. Registrations cannot be confirmed without payment.
4. Student places are limited to 25 (and have now all been taken)

How to register

Applications may be made online via the menu option on the  left or by post. A registration form for postal applications can be down loaded from the conference website. The closing date for postal applications is September 3rd  and  September 10th for online applications. Applications will be acknowledged by email. If you have not received acknowledgement by September 10th, please contact BIEE admin office to confirm your booking has been received
