Registration Fees

Conference fees cover all conference proceedings registration materials: one night's accommodation and breakfast in an Oxford college, one reception, two lunches, one dinner, and coffee tea breaks.

A day rate excluding dinner and accommodation is available for delegates wishing to attend for one day only . There are 12 double rooms available at a supplement of £55.  These will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

  1. A year’s membership of BIEE is included in the fee for non members
  2. A printed receipt will be included in the seminar pack
  3. Fees are payable in advance. Registrations cannot be confirmed without payment.
  4. Subsidized student places are limited to 30

  6. The day rate does not include conference dinner
  7. Late registrations (received after September 10th or on the day) will be subject to a 10% surcharge

Applications may be made online at http://biee.meeting.org.uk/  or by post. A registration form for postal applications can be down loaded from http://biee.meeting.org.uk/. The closing date for postal applications is September 7th and September 10th for online applications. Applications will be acknowledged by email. If you have not received acknowledgement by September 10th, please contact BIEE admin office at admin@biee.org,   to confirm your booking has been received.
